Since 2002, the Sunshine Homes Group has faithfully provided rental housing to Spokane area families. The Inland Empire is a wonderful place to live, work, play, and raise a family. We seek to honor our service providers and tenants as we are guided by biblical principles… “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you.”
(Matthew 7:12).
We practice good stewardship through responsible financial management. You can rest assured that your home will be available to you for the long term. Many of our tenants have lived in their homes for decades! Integrity and loyalty are central to our business. And, we preferentially choose those service providers, agencies, and tenant partners that demonstrate these values.
